THOUSANDS of youngsters across the UK took part in record attempt yesterday (Wednesday) including pupils in Rugby.

sign2sing 2012 aimed to get as many children as possible to take part in a simultaneous signing and singing session at 2.45pm.

A spokesman said: “sign2sing 2012 was a huge success, well done to all of you! We are confident we have broken the record with approximately 130,000 participants!”
