Shipways launch new Pevril Homes properties at St Michaels View

SHIPWAYS estate agent in Rugby is launching five brand new properties in Rugby.

An open day is taking place on Saturday (February 23) between 10am and 3pm.

Shipways will be launching the properties with brochures, prices and a show home.

Staff will be available to discuss any of requirements or questions.

Shipways says it is delighted to announce the release of the five four and five bedroom executive detached properties.

They are built by Peveril Homes and situated at St Michaels View in Brownsover Lane.

Peveril Homes is a leading Midlands house builder and has been producing functional, stylish and well designed homes for over 25 years.

The near neighbours to St Michaels View are the quaint 12th century church of St Michael and All Angels and the historic half-timbered cottage which marks the birthplace, in c1515, of Lawrence Sheriff, founder of Rugby School.

The area offers a good selection of state and independent schools, plus an excellent range of shopping, sporting, leisure and cultural facilities. Also, commuters couldn’t be better placed with Rugby’s mainline railway station and access to M6/M1 and A5 close by.

Agents say the location really does prove you can have the best of both worlds.
