FOUR women have been taken to hospital after the car they were in collided with a tree in Dunchurch.
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to the junction of Coalpit Lane and Lawford Heath Lane, Dunchurch, just after 3.40pm on Friday.
Three ambulance crews, a senior paramedic officer and the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance attended.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “One of the women, a passenger in her twenties, had abdominal and pelvic injuries. A pelvic strap was applied and she was flown to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire.
“The other three, all in their twenties, all had neck and spinal injuries. They were all immobilised with the use of spinal boards and neck collars and were taken by land ambulances to the same hospital.”
