BREAKING NEWS: Rugby man charged with attempted murder after stabbing at Tesco warehouse in Crick

A RUGBY man is due to appear in court today (Monday) charged with attempted murder.

Police were called to reports of an assault at a Tesco distribution warehouse at DIRFT in Crick on Friday evening at around 6.10pm.

During the attack an 18-year-old man was stabbed.

A 20-year-old Rugby man was arrested and charged with attempted murder and making threats to kill.

He was due to appear at Northampton Magistrates Court today.

A spokesman for Northamptonshire Police said the man who was stabbed was taken to hospital but has since been discharged.
