Broadway winner comes to Rugby

AN AWARD-WINNING production hits the stage at Rugby Theatre tomorrow night (Friday).

Between February 4 and 11 an amateur production of Stones in His Pockets is coming to town. The production has been arranged with Nick Hern Books and takes audiences to a quiet Irish community that is about to become the set for a massive Hollywood movie shoot.

Following on from the success of the 2011 production of The 39 Steps, Stones in His Pockets will be performed by two actors who will be playing over 15 characters between them.

Stones in His Pockets won the Olivier and Evening Standard awards for best comedy during a record-breaking four years in the West End.

Tickets can be booked at £9.80 each by calling the Rugby Theatre Box Office on 01788 5431234.

The show starts at 7.30pm. There is no performance on Sunday, February 6.
