Thieves broke into a children’s nursery in Stretton on Dunsmore and stole two safes and Christmas presents.
Police are now appealing for witnesses following the burglary at KCP Children’s Nursery in Stretton on Dunsmore which happened overnight between 6pm on Thursday November 21 and 7.30am on Friday November 22.
Burglars forced entry in the nursery before stealing two safes and a number of other items including chocolate selection boxes which were Christmas presents for the children.
A spokesman for Warwickshire Police said: “We are looking to talk to members of the community who may have seen anyone hanging around the area or acting suspiciously near to the premise around this time as well as suspicious looking vehicles. If anyone heard any noises coming from the school overnight we would also like to speak to them.”
