A NEW phone store in Rugby is helping people stay connected with a range of deals to suit every customer.

Rugby Mayor Kathryn Lawrence launched Telefonica UK’s second O2 Store in Rugby at the Junction One Retail Park.

It is run by six members of staff who are highly trained to give customers the best possible service and phone to suit their budget and requirements.

Area Manager Raj Das said it’s an exciting time for the company.

“We already have a successful shop in the Clock Towers Shopping Centre in Rugby,” he said.

“Having a second store at Junction One seemed like a natural progression and means we can make our service accessible to more people.”

The store also has a ‘Guru’ on hand to answer technical questions even if you’re not on O2 - free of charge.

“Having the ‘Guru’ is a great service for the store to have,” added Raj.

“People are welcome to come in with any questions they want answering.”

The store sells all the latest handsets, and as an opening offer they are giving 20 per cent off pay and go handsets until the end of September exclusive to the new store.

Whether you want to change your phone, get home or mobile broadband, make O2 your next stop.

Raj said: “It’s going really well so far and we’ve had so many positive comments.

“Being at the retail park means we are within easy reach for a lot more people. It’s just a matter of spreading the word.”

He said a lot of customers use O2 after being recommended.

“So many people hear about us from satisfied customers,” he added.

“We’re really looking forward to our new venture. It’s a very exciting time for us.”

Rugby Mayor Kathryn Lawrence said she was pleased to launch the shop and wished them every success for the future.
