THE chief executive of Sainsbury’s, Justin King, was welcomed as guest speaker by Princethorpe College at their annual prizegiving ceremony
Mr King, who is also a Princethorpe parent, spoke about his career in the retail sector, passing on wise words to existing and past students of the college. As a member of the Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Group, Mr King also praised students for the wide range of charity, sporting and extra curricular activities they take part in.
Mr King told the audience: “You must aim to do the very best you can in every situation as that’s all anyone can ask of you and all you can ask of yourself.”
Mr King presented past sixth form student James Street with the Princethorpe Shield for his commitment to areas of art, chaplaincy and music.
