An independent restaurant in Rugby town centre is celebrating 20 years in business.
La Casa Loco Mexican restaurant - translated as the Mad House in Spanish - will celebrate its 20th birthday next week.
To mark the occasion the restaurant will offer its original food menu to customers at 1993 prices.
There will also be a free cocktail of those who dress as they did in the 90s or bring a photo of the restaurant from between 1993 and 1998.
The independently owned restaurant, located in Little Church Street, was established in 1993.
Shirley Gale, owner of La Casa Loco, said: “We always enjoy a party at the restaurant so are planning on enjoying our own birthday. Tim and I came up with the idea of offering our original menu at 1993 prices to celebrate this special milestone. We also wanted to show our appreciation to all of our valued customers and thought this would be a great way to do it. There has been a lot of interest in the offer so please don’t leave it too late to book.
“Mexican food has become increasingly popular since we first opened with many more Mexican restaurants opening up across the country.”
Aftab Gaffar, managing director of Rugby First, said: “La Casa Loco is a great example of a successful local town centre restaurant that has moved with the times, listened to its customers and responded to their needs. It offers high quality food and excellent customer service and I wish Shirley and her team all the best for their week long birthday celebrations and for the next twenty years.”
