YOUNG head chef Frankie Brannigan is causing a stir in town.
Frankie is the new head chef at Cafe Vin Cinq in Rugby’s High Street. He took on the job at just 23 years of age and is thought to be one of the youngest head chefs in the area.
Frankie, who has worked for celebrity chef Jamie Oliver and was given an award for the individual who shone out above his colleagues, said: “It’s really good. I’m really proud of myself and my kitchen team.”
Frankie has come up with a new menu at the Parisian-style cafe bistro which is already proving popular with customers.
Co-owner Mark Smith said: “We wanted a new young vibrant chef. We’re definitely busier now and that’s all because of Frankie.”
