As any successful company knows, looking after your customers is crucial to success.
That’s why those who go the extra mile for the people they serve will be honoured at the biggest event in Rugby’s business calendar.
Nominations are still open for the Rugby Business Excellence Awards, which take place on Friday June 7 at the Dunchurch Park Hotel.
And one of the categories rewards Excellence in Customer Service. The award is sponsored by BT and Aviva Investors.
The judges are looking for the following:
1) Examples of how you monitor and measure customer satisfaction (including copies of feedback forms)
2) What training programmes you have in place to ensure your staff offer excellent customer service
3) How your business has grown in the past three years due to focussing on customer service
4) Two to four examples or testimonials supplied by happy customers, illustrating how you’ve gone ‘the extra mile’
Please also write 40 to 50 words about why you believe your company should win the award. The deadline for entries is Friday May 17.
A spokesman from sponsors BT and Aviva Investors said: “High quality customer care is key for any business.
“At BT and Aviva Investors, we are talking to millions of customers every day and we know the value of effective customer care and communications. We are proud to support this award and to support businesses in Rugby.
“BT has played an important role in Rugby’s history, and we hope to continue to do so at the radio station site, in conjunction with partners Aviva Investors.
“Building a better future for Rugby’s businesses is vital to the health and prosperity of the town.
“We want to be part of that future and we hope the businesses represented in this year’s Rugby Business Awards will be a key part of it too.”
Tickets for the ceremony are available for £40 plus VAT.
