RUGBY BUSINESS AWARDS 2013: enter now for the Customer Care category

As any successful company knows, looking after your customers is crucial to success.

That’s why those who go the extra mile for the people they serve will be honoured at the biggest event in Rugby’s business calendar.

Nominations are still open for the Rugby Business Excellence Awards, which take place on Friday June 7 at the Dunchurch Park Hotel.

And one of the categories rewards Excellence in Customer Service. The award is sponsored by BT and Aviva Investors.

The judges are looking for the following:

1) Examples of how you monitor and measure customer satisfaction (including copies of feedback forms)

2) What training programmes you have in place to ensure your staff offer excellent customer service

3) How your business has grown in the past three years due to focussing on customer service

4) Two to four examples or testimonials supplied by happy customers, illustrating how you’ve gone ‘the extra mile’

Please also write 40 to 50 words about why you believe your company should win the award. The deadline for entries is Friday May 17.
