PEOPLE from Rugby are being invited to a charity craft fair taking place at a garden centre on the outskirts of town this month.

The event is being held at Blooms Rugby Garden Centre on Straight Mile in Bourton-on-Dunsmore on Bank Holiday Monday, August 29.

Manager, Carole Berry said: “We have held two very successful craft fairs at the garden centre before and because the feedback has always been positive we thought we would hold a summer fair on Bank Holiday Monday.

“Customers will be able to purchase a variety of items including woodwork, jewellery and pottery, all made by crafters in the area.”

All of the money raised from table fees will go to the garden centre’s national Charity of the Year Greenfingers, which creates gardens for children at hospices nationwide.

Carole continued: “The craft fair promises to be a fun event for all the family and we hope to raise a good amount of money for a very worthy cause.”

The craft fair at Blooms Rugby Garden Centre, which is located on Straight Mile in Bourton-on-Dunsmore, will take place on Bank Holiday Monday, August 29 from 10.30am until 4pm.
