People in Rugby are invited to put on their thinking caps and help raise funds for people with learning disabilities.

A Charity Quiz Night is being held on Saturday, October 15, at Rugby Workers Club, Oliver Street, Rugby, 8pm, in aid of New Directions in Rugby.

It costs £2 per person with a maximum of six per team.

The quiz is being organised by New Directions’ team leader Cheri Jones, who is also hosting the event.

Teams are invited to arrive at the quiz for 7.30pm. There will also be a raffle on the night where donations are welcome.

Email cjones@newdirectionsrugby.org.uk with team names and numbers or donate raffle prizes by Saturday, October 1.

The quiz will be light-hearted fun and questions will cover general knowledge, music, sport and celebrities etc.

Proceeds will be used for art therapy.
