Thanks to the local NCT Branch, families can have fun next week at the Cheeky Monkeys Tea Party in Dunchurch.

NCT Cheeky Monkeys Tea Party takes place tomorrow (Wednesday) at Dunchurch Village Hall, 10am to midday.

There will be a variety of entertainment and refreshments for parents, babies and toddlers.

The event includes fun children’s activities and a tombola. There will be stalls and demonstrations from local children’s businesses ranging from Paint and Glaze to Twirling Toddlers dance school.

Helen Bierton, Coordinator of NCT Rugby Branch, said: “NCT Rugby Branch is delighted to be holding its Cheeky Monkeys Tea Party. Bring a cake, bring your Granny! Have some fun! It’s also a great way for mums to get together. We are hoping to raise over £1000 in funds for NCT charity to support its work with parents.”

NCT Rugby Branch has over 20 local parents who volunteer for NCT. The Branch offers events and activities to enable new and expectant parents to get together to chat about their worries, to meet others in the same situation or just to make friends.

The Rugby Branch is one of NCT’s network of over 300 local branches in the UK, dedicated to supporting parents via a range of services including antenatal and postnatal courses, breastfeeding support, bumps and babies groups, coffee mornings, nearly new sales and much, much more.

NCT is the UK’s largest parenting charity. Each year the charity supports thousands of parents through a life-changing experience, offering expert information and trusted practical and emotional support.

Entrance to Cheeky Monkeys Tea Party costs £1 for adults and children are free. For further information about the Cheeky Monkeys Tea Party, please contact Natasha Pickup on 07946 454312 or email Natashalouise@hotmail.com
