A CHRISTMAS fair organised by Rugby College students raised £700.

Level Three art students at the college in Rugby organised Friday’s festive event to raise money for Cancer Research.

They were inspired after their tutor Lorna Hardingham was diagnosed and is now recovering from the disease.

The Christmas fair, which included stalls and games, raised a total of £700, which will be added to the £190 raised at a previous fundraiser.

Another event will be held at Easter at the new college in Technology Drive.

Organisers thanks everyone who supported the event and for donating money.
