TWO men charged with burglary and other offences have been remanded in custody.
Shane Welsby, 23, of St Andrews Crescent, Rugby and Kyle Smith, 20, of no fixed address, were both remanded in custody to return to the court on Thursday this week when they appeared before magistrates at the Nuneaton Justice Centre on Saturday.
Welsby has been charged with three counts of burglary, relating to incidents in Long Furlong on July 7, and two burglaries in Hall Lane, Wolvey overnight between July 5 and 6. He is also charged with driving while disqualified.
Smith was also charged with the two burglaries in Wolvey overnight between July 5 and 6.
He was also charged with possession of a class B drug and criminal damage.
