THE five people who killed Gemma Hayter will be sentenced at the Old Bailey in London on Monday.

Chantelle Booth, Daniel Newstead and Joe Boyer were found guilty in July of Gemma’s murder, while Jessica Lynas and Duncan Edwards were convicted of manslaughter.

Gemma was found beaten, stabbed and stripped naked on a disused railway line in Hillmorton in August last year.

The five killers stood trial in at the Warwickshire Justice Centre in Leamington throughout June and July this year.

The jury delivered guilty verdicts at the end of July and all five will now be sentenced at the Central Criminal Court, known as the Old Bailey, by Lady Justice Anne Rafferty DBE on Monday morning.

The Advertiser will be at court and will post the sentencing news on wwwrugbyadvertiser.co.uk, Facebook and Twitter @rugbyadv as soon as it is announced.
