OFFICERS arrested another man as part of the biggest ever drugs operation of its kind in Rugby.
Michael Slate, 43, of no fixed abode was arrested in Rugby on Friday and later charged with conspiracy to supply heroin.
The arrest, as part of Operation Laser, tackling serious and organised crime in Rugby, brings the total number of arrests carried out last week to 33 people.
Slate appeared before magistrates on Saturday where he was remanded in custody.
In total 32 people have now been charged with offences relating to conspiracy to supply Class A drugs or handling stolen property.
One person has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
