OPERATION LASER: Two more charged

TWO more people have been charged for involvement in the supply of class A drugs, as part of Operation Laser.

Shane Tune, 26, from Rugby, who was serving a prison sentence for a separate matter, has been charged with three counts of conspiracy to supply heroin and crack cocaine.

A 17 year old male from Croydon, London, has also been charged with conspiracy to supply heroin.

A third man, who comes from Birmingham but who is in prison for a separate matter, has also given a voluntary interview in respect of the supply of Class A drugs.

This brings the total number of people arrested and/or questioned as part of Operation Laser, to 55 people.
