A former police officer has pleaded not guilty to stealing money from Warwickshire Police.

Paul Andrew Greaves, 54, from Carlton, Nottingham appeared at Warwick Crown Court at the Warwickshire Justice Centre in Leamington Spa today (Thursday) where he pleaded not guilty to taking £133,000 cash from the force.

Greaves appeared in court earlier this year. However an error at an earlier court hearing meant the case had to start again.

A date for trial has not yet been set, but is expected to begin in March or April next year.
