Street dancer and musician Manni will be special guest at Jaide Dance Studios annual show Dance Fever on Friday June 28 and Saturday June 29 at Lutterworth College Theatre.
Manni’s first success began at 2008 when entering the talent competition Britain’s Got Talent with the group Nemisis, a street dance crew from Milton Keynes. They stormed through the heats building a massive fan base and securing a place in 2008 finals.
From this massive TV success, Manni instantly became a star and from a 28 date arena tour with Britain’s Got Talent built more popularity further with the group. Performing with other artists such as N-DUBZ, X-Factor finalists, DJ Ironik and Talay Riley boosted Manni’s fan base further.
Jaide, of Jaide Dance, explained: “Lutterworth College has its own theatre facilities and we also have our own sound and lighting technician, who has the expertise and knowledge in special effects and pyrotechnics which will empower a brilliant visual display that the students fully deserve, to showcase their expertise and performance abilities.
“The show will open with a Caribbean Remix routine with a troupe of 14 students aged from 10 to 19. Other routines include a characterised acrobatic dance, lyrical, ballet, tap, cheerleading, song and dance displays.
“The costumes are amazing and my students have excelled themselves with their commitment and hard work and they cannot wait to get on stage to perform, some for the very first time.”
