A RECENT independent board survey has confirmed that Edward Knight Estate Agents once again has more sold boards than any other agent.
Assistant branch manager Terry Dainty said it is an amazing achievement.
“Rugby is a relatively small town with a lot of competition between estate agents.”
“To have nearly 20 per cent of the sold boards in the survey, nearly double the next closest agent, is proof that our marketing works.”
Having moved to prominent corner offices last year, the Regent Street agent has continued to grow and become a key player in the Rugby market.
“All our staff live locally and are experienced in selling houses in and around Rugby,” added Terry.
“We feel it is very important to build strong relationships with all clients so that we can put the right people together and act diligently for all those involved.”
Despite the reported uncertainty in the market, Edward Knight are pleased to report that properties in the Rugby area continue to sell well.
Terry added: “I think our location is the main factor that keeps our market strong.
“We deal with many clients from out of the area who need to move to Rugby as it is within a good commutable distance of many major towns and cities. Add to that the mainline railway and you have a town that is desirable to many looking to relocate.
“As we continually sell properties in the area, we have a sizable database of active clients, which I think is part of our success in the recent board survey.”
Terry said: “We have a quality marketing strategy and ensure all our properties are presented in the best possible way to the right people.”
