Caldecott Park and Draycote Water are among the places taking part in this year’s Big Day Out across Warwickshire.
Following the success of previous events, it will be held across the weekend of May 16 and 17.
The aim is to get everyone out and about and enjoying the outdoors and open spaces around them.
A range of organisations are supporting Big Day Out, including Warwickshire County Council and all of the county’s district and borough councils.
There is also growing support from clubs with parkrun organisers, rugby and boating all featuring in this year’s weekend of activities.
It is estimated in Warwickshire that only one in five people is physically active .Dr John Linnane, director of Public Health Warwickshire, said: “Big Day Out is an opportunity for people to enjoy some activities in the great outdoors, improve fitness and general wellbeing.”
