Brownsover Hall Hotel has received two acknowledgements for its commitment to ‘outstanding’ service and standards.
This week the hotel received its first AA Rosette for its restaurant and bar food.
An AA rosette awards restaurants achieving standards that stand out in their local area. It recognises food prepared with care, understanding and skill; using top quality ingredients.
The hotel has also been nominated for ‘Hotel of the Year’ at the 2015 Coventry and Warwickshire Tourism and Culture awards.
To be chosen as a finalist, the hotel has been considered to offer “exceptional care and commitment to visitors, with excellent cuisine available. Above all, the hotel provides first class service which enhances the tourist experience and takes into account sustainability and evidence of support for the local community”.
General Manager, Alan Moxon, said: “I am delighted that all the hard work and commitment of the staff is receiving the recognition it deserves. These recognitions demonstrate that Brownsover Hall continues to empathise its place at the heart of Rugby’s business, leisure and cultural community.
