Driver crashes in to wall
A DRIVER is in hospital after he collided with a wall near a pelican crossing this morning (Friday).
The crash happened in Hillmorton Road near to Kingsley Avenue in Rugby shortly before 3.00am.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: "Crews arrived to find a car which had been in a significant collision with a wall near to a pelican crossing.
"The driver of the car, a 21 year old man, suffered a cut to his head and concussion in the crash. Crews treated the man at the scene before he was taken to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire for further treatment."
