PEOPLE are seeing a lot less of super-slimmer Chanel Nickols.

She has dropped two dress sizes in just three months after taking up the challenge from British Military Fitness (BMF) to become fit and healthy for 2012.

Chanel, 23, who lives in Binley Woods, has also raised £185 for the University Hospital’s Baby Care Appeal in Coventry.

She has lost 11 inches - seven inches from her waist 2½ inches from her hips and 1½ inches from her thighs.

“This whole BMF experience has changed me physically and mentally - I have a much more positive outlook on life,” Chanel said.

“I enjoyed Christmas and didn’t worry about putting on a couple of pounds as I’ve taken up BMF membership, and I lost them in just a few sessions at the start of January.”

Matt Turnell, Park Manager for British Military Fitness in Coventry set Chanel the challenge of attending at least three BMF sessions.

He said: “Chanel has done fantastically.

“She worked extremely hard throughout the 12 weeks and has made a fantastic improvement in all areas. We are thrilled she has decided to continue with us.”
