A barn fire in Wolvey could be seen from the A5 yesterday (Sunday).
Fire crews were called to Smockington Lane, Wolvey at 6.30pm.
The fire involved a a single storey building used as an agricultural building storing agricultural machinery with 60% of the building well alight.
Firefighters extinguished the fire using jets, hose reels, water bowsers and light portable pumps.
A fire engine from Nuneaton and one from Bedworth attended along with two fire engines from Leicestershire.
Further fire engines from Rugby, and Leicestershire also attended along with water bowsers from Leamington and Coleshill and a command support vehicle from Atherstone.
Police attended the scene.
