Work to improve the notorious Catthorpe Interchange near Rugby moved another step forward this week.
The Highway Agency published a public notice giving motorists warning about a number of restrictions that will be coming into force at the junction whilst the work takes place.
The order came into force on September 30 and is set to run for four years after the Secretary of State for Transport gave the improvement scheme the go ahead earlier this year.
Work is expected to begin between January and March next year.
A spokesman for the Highways Agency said: “We have to apply for these orders in advance of the work so they are in place. It may be a few weeks or months before work starts once the order is made. We are looking at the first quarter of next year to begin work on Catthorpe.”
