EDWARD Knight Estate Agents have moved to bigger and better premises at 14 Regent Street, Rugby.

The company was based at 29 Regent Street - and the relocation is a result of the firm’s growing popularity, according to director Dean O’Brien.

He said: “Due to our continued growth and success in selling and letting houses in and around Rugby, we had to look for larger premises.

“The new offices have been fully refurbished to a high standard and are situated on a prominent corner location in Regent Street.”

The firm now has defined areas for our sales, lettings and financial services departments.

And Mr O’Brien believes it offers a relaxed atmosphere for clients to come and discuss their needs.

He added: “We have established ourselves as one of the leading agents in the town and with our new premises, we hope to build on this success.

“We already have a strong brand image which we have incorporated in to the eye-catching office frontage, which really stands out when you drive down Regent Street.

“The added window space means we can promote more properties to passing clients.”

Mr O’Brien believes the move is bearing fruit. He said: “We have already seen a noticeable increase in the level of business at the new offices and we hope that this will continue as we develop our marketing and brand presence.”

As part of the expansion, Edward Knight has welcomed Paul Bunting to its experienced team. Paul was previously office manager for a national estate agent and has worked in the Rugby sales market for over five years.

He said: “I have seen Edward Knight go from strength to strength and am pleased to join their team and add to the growth. I hope my experience of selling and valuing properties in the area will add a new dynamic to the team”.
