Burglars target homes in Duncan Drive, Bilton Road, Knole Close and Dunchurch Road, Rugby

Police are warning people about a number of burglaries in Rugby during the last couple of weeks.

Between 4 and 5.20pm on February 14 thieves used a crowbar to break open the door of a home in Duncan Drive, Rugby. They made an untidy search of the house before stealing several items.

In Bilton Road, burglars got into a house through the back garden between 9.30 and 11.45pm on February 14. They got in through the patiod door and stole a Mac airbook, laptop computer, camera, Rolex watch and an air rifle.

Between 2.30 and 7.30pm on February 15 burglars forced open the front door of a home in Knole Close. They searched the lounge and bedroom stole some Indian gold wedding jewellery.

During the evening of 17 February thieves forced open the back door of a home in Dunchurch Road. Several items were stolen.
