Free exercise sessions for people with dementia take place at the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Centre in Rugby tomorrow (Tuesday).
The sessions have been organised to support Dementia Awareness Week.
A seated exercise class takes place from 2pm to 3pm, followed by a healthy walk from 3.30pm to 4.30pm.
Both sessions have been tailored for residents with dementia and their carers, with no need to book in advance.
