The thefts follow reports of other burglaries around town

Two more burglaries have been reported in Rugby.

Between 1pm on Saturday and midday on Sunday, criminals entered an unlocked property in Lancaster Road and stole a handbag and contents.

And during the night of Saturday into Sunday, burglars entered the garden of a home in Lea Crescent and then forced the lock off the shed. Once inside, the offenders stole several drills, a lawnmower and a quantity of hand tools before making off.

The crimes follow various other burglaries reported recently.
