Witnesses should call the police on 101

Yet more bicycles have been stolen from sheds and garages in Rugby.

Between Saturday August 9 and Saturday August 16, thieves stole a childs pedal cycle from the back garden of a home in Wood Street, Rugby. The bike was secured to a gate post and was blue in colour with a ripped seat.

Between midday on Wednesday August 13 and 5.15pm on Friday August 15, burglars entered the rear garden of a home in King Edward Road, Rugby and then cut the padlock off a shed door. Once inside, the offenders stole a grey felt small frames racing bike. The bike had a split saddle, look pedals and white handlebar tape.

Between 10am on Friday August 15 and 3pm on Sunday August 16, intruders entered the rear garden of a home in Lawrence Road, Rugby and then cut the padlocks off a shed and the garden gate. Nothing appears to have been stolen.

If you have information that you believe may be connected to any of these incidents, please contact Police on 101, quoting the incident number given.

Police are asking for the public’s help to catch the cuplrits. They urge to be on the lookout for suspicious activity around gardens, sheds and garages report anything out of place, or of concern, by calling 101.
