Party blooms to help people with cancer
Melanie Webb Flower School in Broadwell held a blooming great tea party to help people with cancer.
Deputy Mayor Helen Walton was among guests at the event last Sunday.
People were invited to have a cup or tea and slice of cake to raise money for Marie Curie.
Melanie said: “People had a go at making floral cupcakes too.
“We had people of all ages and we had a fantastic, fun afternoon.”
The fundraiser, which was held at The Barn, raised £213.
