Nick Phedon is the second generation of Phedons to be running Hillmorton Fish Saloon. The business, which has been running for the past 35 years, was started by Nick’ s Greek-Cypriot father in the 1970’s, and has been going strong ever since.
The business is now owned and run by Nick, and employs six staff, including his brother. Hillmorton Fish Saloon prides itself on providing good-quality food, fresh fish and homemade doner kebabs. They also serve children’s meals and pensioners’ meals, and specialise in large (group) orders.
