Rugby man charged with robbery and drug offences

A Rugby man has been charged with a series of drug and robbery offences.

Michael Brian Keogh, 36, of Coton Road, was arrested on Saturday August 13 following an incident at a business premises on Newbold Road, Rugby.

He was charged with theft by walk-in in connection with this incident.

He was also arrested on Tuesday August 23 on Coton Road in connection with incidents on North Street, Rugby and Bilton Road, Rugby on 15 August 2016.

He was charged with robbery and attempted robbery in connection with these incidents.

Finally, he was charged with possession of crack cocaine and heroin in connection with an incident on Wednesday June 15 and making off without making payment in connection with an incident on Coton Road on Friday July 22.
