A number of homes across Rugby have been targeted by thieves in the last week.
The following burglaries have been reported to Warwickshire Police in recent days.
*Medication and tobacco was stolen during a burglary in a room within a shared house in Park Road, Rugby at some point between 9.30pm on February 16.
*Several items were stolen when thieves broke into a house in Rydal Close, Rugby before 9.15pm on February 16.
*During the night of February 18 into February 19, offenders attempted to kick open the door of a home in Dunnerdale, Rugby. They failed to get in and nothing was stolen.
*Just before midnight on February 19, a witness saw two males running from a home in Dunnerdale, Rugby. The males then jumped over a fence. They were carrying full rucksacks and it was later discovered that they had forced open the front door of a home in Dunnerdale, entered the house, carried out a search and had stolen several items.
*Several items were stolen during a burglary at a house in Oswald Way. Rugby. Offenders smashed in the front door at some point before 3am on February 15.
*During the night of February 18 into February 19, thieves got into secure shed in the back garden of a home in Ruskin Close, Rugby after forcing off the padlock. Fishing equipment was stolen.
*A 50 inch TV was stolen during a burglary at a house in St Andrew’s Crescent, Rugby. They made an untidy search of the house between 9.30am and 1.30pm on February 19.
*At around 6pm on February 22 burglars got into a house in Shakespeare Gardens, Rugby, whilst the residents were inside. They made an untidy search of a bedroom before stealing a bank book.
