Witnesses should call the police on 101

Sheds, garages and gardens continue to be targeted by burglars in Rugby.

Overnight from August 17 to 18, intruders entered the back garden of a home in Laurel Drive and then cut the padlock off a shed door. Nothing was stolen.

At some point before 5pm on August 19, offenders broke the padlock off a shed in the garden of a home in Mulberry Road. Nothing was stolen.

And between August 8 and 21, burglars broke into a garage at a home in Turchil Road and stole electrical tools including drills, an orbital sander, a plane, a belt sander and a circular saw.

There has been a spate of thefts from sheds, garages and gardens in Rugby over the past few weeks.
