Warwickshire Police have now had contact with missing woman Lorrette Cooper - but officers are still appealing for help.

West Midlands Police are keen to speak to her as part of their ongoing enquiries and would like her, or anyone who knows of her whereabouts, to get in touch with them. Anyone with information is asked to call West Midlands Police on 101.

The 26-year-old has not been seen since the beginning of March. Lorrette, from Binley Woods, near Rugby, is 5ft 2 inches tall and very slim with dark brown hair. She has a tattoo of a bow on the inside of one of her wrists and also has another tattoo on the back of her neck which reads “One of a kind”.

Since going missing, she has left her job, closed her Facebook account and has changed her mobile phone. None of her friends or family know what her new number is and so have been unable to make contact with her.

Detective Inspector Anna Morgan, from Rugby CID, said: “She left home at the beginning of March, saying she was going to stay with a friend in Coventry. She has left the job she had been doing for five years.”
