WATCH: Traffic warden’s row with taxi drivers at Rugby protest

This is the moment a traffic warden tried to issue parking fines on a number of taxi drivers taking part in a protest at Rugby town hall on Monday.

The drivers were protesting about the number of taxi licences being issued, which they claim is damaging trade and causing traffic congestion in the town.
