BREAKING NEWS: Name of man found in Newbold canal revealed

THE man who was found dead in a canal in Newbold has been named.

The body of Richard Clish, who was in his 60s, from Long Lawford, was found by a specialist water search and recovery team on Friday morning.

Police are treating his death as ‘unexplained’.

West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to Oxford Canal at 10.20am.
