Business Awards 2013: new category for long standing businesses in Rugby
The Rugby Advertiser is proud to sponsor the award this year for Long Standing Business.
As the Rugby Business Excellence Awards has now been running for a successful 15 years the sponsors agreed that this award was important to be included at this year’s event.
Rugby Advertiser Editor Chris Lillington said: “The recession hit hard but local businesses have survived and we would like to know how.
“This brand new award will celebrate the core success of the town by recognising how businesses evolve with change in technology, staff and economic climate.”
The new category is open to any organisation of any size or industry that has been established for 15 years or more.
The judges will be looking for entrants to:
1. Explain their product or service and the back ground to the business.
2. Demonstrate customer satisfaction and retention and explain what sets the business apart from its competitors.
3. What training programmes are provided for new and existing employees.
4. How innovation and technology helped with the business’ overall success.
5. The secret to the business’ long-standing success.
Mr Lillington added: “We’re sure there are companies with great stories of success to tell. “We would like to hear from them as they could be in with a chance of winning this prestigious award.”
The CEMEX-sponsored RBEA does exactly what the name says - celebrates all that is excellent in local business. And there’s plenty to celebrate!
Join us for a night of celebration on Friday, June 7, at Dunchurch Park Hotel in Rugby to recognise the best of local business.
