Car fire outside St Andrew’s church on the busiest shopping day of the year

A CAR fire led to the town centre’s main road being closed down on the afternoon of the year’s busiest shopping day last Saturday.
Flames spilled out of the car after it caught fire at around 3.30pm on Saturday afternoon outside of St Andrew’s church on Church Street. The Advertiser understands no one was hurt in the incident. Nobody from Warwickshire Fire and Rescue was available to comment.
