Handbag stolen from elderly woman in Seabroke Avenue, Rugby

POLICE are investigating a burglary at the home of a Rugby pensioner.

At around 10am on Sunday the elderly woman walked a short distance from her home in Seabroke Avenue to post a letter.

During that time someone got inside her house a stole a handbag from the kitchen.

Witnesses or anyone with any information can call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
