Severn Trent Water wants to hear its customers’ views on how they would like their money to be spent between 2015 and 2020.

Its plan for those years will outline the future of its water and waste water services, will affect the amount customers will pay and what kind of service they’ll receive. The company is asking customers to register their interest, so they can share their views when a consultation period opens in April.

To take part, visit the company’s website - www.stwater.co.uk/getinvolved. Customers can also take part in an online poll.

Dr Tony Ballance of Severn Trent said: “We all need to take responsibility for our water and our environment.”

Severn Trent made profits of more than £200 million last year.
