Mental health trust ‘better’
The organisation responsible for mental health care in Rugby is ‘making good progress’, according to a survey of more than 4,000 of its staff.
Findings show that 84 per cent of staff feel satisfied with the quality of care they provide to patients.
The trust was placed in the top performing 20 per cent of similar trusts for job satisfaction, feeling they make a difference to patients and because a smaller proportion than the average feel pressured to work additional hours.
The trust’s director of strategy and business support, Roisin Fallon-Williams, said: “We are very pleased - the results have they have once again shown improvement over previous years.”
