MEP hears DIRFT concerns
MEP Phil Bennion visited Rugby this week to learn about the potential impact on the A428 and Hillmorton area from developments at DIRFT the planned development of the BT mast site by Clifton.
County councillors Jerry Roodhouse and Richard Dodd explained the issues to Mr Bennion, who sits on the transport and tourism committee in the European Parliament.
They were joined by former councillor and civil engineer Bill Lewis.
