There is also advice on writing a CV, performing better in interviews and completing application forms.
In addition, those attending can learn about training courses, get tips on how to improve their confidence and learn from others in the same position.
The sessions are run by Jackie Finlay between 11am and 2pm at the community association’s office at 1 Gladstone Street.Places are limited, so early attendance is encouraged.
