Rugby Borough Council spent £30,000 on consultants
Over £30,000 more has been spent on consultants in 2012/13 by Rugby Borough Council compared to the previous year.
In 2011/12 the council spent £101, 519, however, in the first three quarters of this financial year the figure is £131,783.
Cllr Dale Keeling said: “While consultants advise on specific projects, I wonder if the council is making enough use of the expertise of existing staff.”
