Satisfaction on Rugby’s railways

Most passengers of trains that pass through Rugby believe tickets are good value for money.

A report published this week by Passenger Focus found that 60 per cent of those who use Virgin Trains and 52 per cent of London Midland passengers are satisfied with the price of tickets. The figures are unchanged since last year, despite fare rises on many routes. Nine out of ten Virgin Trains passengers are satisfied with the reliability and punctuality of services, - up four percentage points from last year. Some 75 per cent of London Midland passengers were similarly content - down three percentage points.
